Note: To clean your Bag, please use a soft towel to wipe away any dust or dirt. You can use a mild soap or cleaning spray if needed. Please do not wash in the washing machine.
All items are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print/make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
Production Time: All orders are processed within 2 - 10 business days (depends on type of products).
Shipping Time: You will receive your order anywhere from 4 - 20 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed within the US, and 7 - 30 business days for rest of the world (depends on type of products).
Shipping Fee: We calculate shipping fee depending on size, weight of the product, and customer's location.
Tracking Number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

- Where can I track my order?
As soon as the product is shipped out, you will receive and email from us with the tracking information and other details pertaining to delivery.
- When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are produced and processed within 3 – 5 business days. It takes 7 - 10 business days to arrive once shipped.
- Do you ship worldwide?
Worldwide Shipping Available: In BooksWares, we ships products to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your country or region.
- How do I change or cancel my orders?
Please kindly contact us at Customer Support Email: cs@bookswares.com as soon as possible within 12 hours of making your purchase if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and detailed information about the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm with you once the changes have been made.
Return policy
More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have any problem with your order, please contact us at cs@bookswares.com and we’ll make it right!
Please be reminded that our policy lasts 30 days for replacement/refund requests only. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
At this time we do not offer Return in any case, we just offer replacement. If your item is defective, you don’t need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.
Due to the fact that our products are made-to-order, we do not replace or refund items unless the item you received has a major problem.
This is when the item is:
not what you ordered: wrong product, wrong size, wrong color or wrong design
damaged: broken, cut or printed defectively
Please be noted that advertised images may be slightly different from actual items in terms of color and form due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Hence, please allow the difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.
Please contact us at cs@bookswares.com or reply to our confirmation emails to start the complaint process. Please include your order number and a video or photo of the faulty product. We will assist you then.
If you choose to return your order without informing us first and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund/replacement will not be issued.
Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days since your delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for free replacement and full refund. We will not refund in case you refuse to receive it either.
In the case of undelivered due to an incorrect/insufficient shipping address supplied by customer or the wrong product due to customer’s mistake, we only can assist you with a reship with a cost of about 20 USD (can be more for international shipments or products with higher prices) or we only can offer partial refund.
So please review all information of your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is totally correct.
We issue a refund when your order gets lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping company) or when the product is incorrect due to our faults but you do not want a replacement.
