One caveat: I truly dislike the daily email advertising. When I'm ready for another purchase, I will go to your website. There is no need to send me an excessive number of emails to attract my business.

I ordered the with an arm reaching up from a pile of books. The one with the arm, ok, and bindings facing forward.
I recieved the mug with just the books. It should have been the one with the book bindings facing forward. It also had a crack.
