Shipping Time: You will receive your order anywhere from 4 - 20 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed within the US, and 7 - 30 business days for rest of the world (depends on type of products).

Return policy

More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have any problem with your order, please contact us at cs@bookswares.com and we’ll make it right!

Please be reminded that our policy lasts 30 days for replacement/refund requests only. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

At this time we do not offer Return in any case, we just offer replacement. If your item is defective, you don’t need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.

Due to the fact that our products are made-to-order, we do not replace or refund items unless the item you received has a major problem.

This is when the item is:

not what you ordered: wrong product, wrong size, wrong color or wrong design

damaged: broken, cut or printed defectively

Please be noted that advertised images may be slightly different from actual items in terms of color and form due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Hence, please allow the difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.

Please contact us at cs@bookswares.com or reply to our confirmation emails to start the complaint process. Please include your order number and a video or photo of the faulty product. We will assist you then.

If you choose to return your order without informing us first and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund/replacement will not be issued.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days since your delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for free replacement and full refund. We will not refund in case you refuse to receive it either.

In the case of undelivered due to an incorrect/insufficient shipping address supplied by customer or the wrong product due to customer’s mistake, we only can assist you with a reship with a cost of about 20 USD (can be more for international shipments or products with higher prices) or we only can offer partial refund.

So please review all information of your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is totally correct.

We issue a refund when your order gets lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping company) or when the product is incorrect due to our faults but you do not want a replacement.

I love the message on this tee shirt!

This website has so many colorful and clever tees! I am so disappointed to say as cute as the designs are the tee shirts themselves were disappointing. The sizes run small and the fabric shrinks even with care taken at laundry time. I bought the large which routinely fits the family member I purchased it for. The body just fit but the arms on the long sleeve shirt hit well above the wrist bones. Because the shirt was so well liked I purchased a second shirt in the Xlg. The body wasn’t significantly looser but the sleeves were longer…. Until it was washed in cold water and dried on low. Now they are too short again.
I would say if you really like the design always buy larger by at least 1 size and launder very carefully. I will not be purchasing from this vendor again.

Runs small.

Cute shirt. I assumed it was unisex ( should have checked measurements) that a small would be bigger. Definitely a women’s small. Also I would upgrade to premium. Standard is rough, not soft at all.
